O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties. Having perused the record of the case and without going into the merits of the case, we allow the transfer of HMA Petition No. 4293 of 2015 titled as “Satnam Singh vs. Karamjit Kaur”, pending before the Court of District Judge, Ludhiana, State of Punjab to the Court of Principal Family Judge, Jamshedpur, State of Jharkhand. The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law. It is open for the parties to make a request before the transferee Court to refer the matter to mediation centre before the proceedings start on merits of the case.
The transfer petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
