Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation of Exhibit P-7, during the pendency of the
Writ Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
30.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAMAKRISHNAN, ASHA

ORDER
The "Non - Banking and private Finance Employees Association (CITU), EMS Smaraka Mandiram, Kalabhavan Road, Ernakulam North, Kochi-682 018, represented by its secretary" is suo motu impleaded as the additional 2nd respondent.
Issue notice by speed post to the additional 2nd respondent.
Post on 14.09.2022 along with connected case.
