Section 1(3) in The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958
(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.This Act was extended to the added territories by section 3 of and the First Schedule to, the Tamil Nadu (Added Territories) Extension of Laws (No. 2) Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 39 of 1961) repealing the corresponding law in force in those territories.
