Section 30 in The Gujarat Drugs (Control) Act, 1959
30. Procedure for search and seizure. - The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898), shall, so far as may be applicable, apply to any search or seizure under this Act as they apply to any search or seizure made under the authority of a warrant issued under section 98 of that Code.
