Section 56 in The Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977
56. Lapse of scheme.
- If the Town and Country Development Authority fails to implement the town development scheme within a period of three years from the date of publication of the final scheme under section 52, it shall, on the expiration of the V said period of three years, lapse.
