(2)[ If the officer or other person aforesaid does not comply as directed, the Collector shall impose a penalty of two hundred and fifty rupees each day till the direction is complied with, so however, total amount of such penalty shall not exceed twenty-five thousand rupees:] [Substituted by U.P.
