When an order under section 32 of Bengal Act VII of 1876, directing the transfer of proprietary possession to be registered in the Register of the Collector of the district, is passed by any Civil Court, the Presiding Officer of such Court shall send a copy of his order to the Collector, with a view to such transfer being registered in the Collectorate Register.The Court of Wards Act (Bengal Act IX of 1879)
