1. Heard Mr. Sarkar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellants at some length.
2. Several issues are involved in this appeal. Today is the penultimate day before the Christmas Vacation. Hearing of this appeal cannot be concluded this side of the vacation.
3. Mr. Sarkar has made a suggestion that the apparatus of India Power Corporation Limited (IPCL) that is lying on the property of the appellants should be removed and kept elsewhere under the supervision of the Police and IPCL 2 pending disposal of this appeal and other proceedings that may be there between the parties. We find this to be a reasonable suggestion.
4. Mr. Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate representing IPCL, seeks a day's time to obtain instructions in the matter.
