Section 14(3)(d) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953

(d)the circumstances under which permission may be granted -
(i)for the purchase of cane grown in assigned area by a Gur, Rab or Khandsari Manufacturing Unit or any person or factory other than the factory for which area has been assigned; and
(ii)for the sale of cane grown in an assigned area to a Gur, Rab or Khandsari Manufacturing Unit or any person or factory other than the factory for which the area is assigned;
