Section 26(2)(xxvi) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011

(xxvi)maintain the Manuals, as prescribed under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act No. 22, of 2005), and keep them in the office for public inspection and the Manuals shall be updated by the 30th September every year; and
