Section 100(2) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(2)The owner of a public service vehicle shall maintain and on demand by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority or the District Transport Officer, produce for inspection a current register showing the dates on which the public service vehicle was disinfected from time to time.
