Section 23(1) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(1)The cash equivalent to the advantage accruing through the concessional sale to an employee of food-grains and other articles shall be computed at the end of every wage period fixed under the provisions of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (Central Act 4 of 1936).
