14. Mode of examinations and appointment of examiner(s).
(1)The preliminary examination and final examination shall be held in written, practical or clinical and oral examination.(2)The preliminary examination shall be conducted by a team of two examiners, out of which one examiner shall be external from any other institution and the final examination shall be conducted by a team of four examiners, out of which two examiners shall be external from any other institution.(3)A teacher with five years teaching or research experience in concerned subject or speciality shall be considered eligible for being appointed as an examiner.
