Facts:
1. Appellant submitted his RTI application dated 1 November 2010 before the CPIO, New India Assurance Company Limited, Patna seeking details in respect of the insurance of the Vehicle no: CIL 8041.
2. Vide Order dated 18 November 2010, CPIO provided point wise information to the Appellant.
3. Not satisfied with the CPIO's Reply, the Appellant preferred first Appeal to the First Appellate Authority dated 29 November 2010.
4. Vide Order dated 28 January 2011, FAA upheld the CPIO's order.
5. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above response of the public authority, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
6. Matter was heard today via videoconferencing from Palamu where appellant was present. CPIO was heard from Patna. CPIO, Head Office, Mumbai appeared in Appeal: No. CIC/DS/A/2012/001053 person. CPIO submitted that the information seeker had already preferred over 25 RTI applications and that the CPIO was not obliged to provide interpretations of court orders to information seekers as per the provisions of the RTI Act.

7. After hearing both parties Commission accepts the averments of the CPIO that the RTI Act does not cast obligation the CPIO to provide interpretation of court orders to the information seekers. Appellant is free to obtain a copy of the court order from the relevant court under the rules framed for this purpose. Accordingly appeal is dismissed.
