Section 101 in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009

101. Transmission of order by the Tribunal Officer. —

(1)The Tribunal Officer shall immediately on pronouncement of the order, transmit it with the case file to the Principal Registrar or Registrar as the case may be.
(2)On receipt of the order from the Tribunal Officer, the Principal Registrar or Registrar as the case may be, shall after due scrutiny, satisfy himself that the provisions of these rules have been duly complied with and in token thereof affix his initials, with date on the outer cover of the order.
(3)The Principal Registrar or Registrar as the case may be, shall thereafter cause to transmit the case file and the order to the Judicial Branch for taking expeditious steps to prepare copies and their communication to the parties. __________
