Section 51(iv) in The Rajasthan Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1954
(iv)The proceedings of such enquiry shall be forwarded by the officer conducting the enquiry where he is not the Chairman of the Board to the Secretary to the Board of Examiners for consideration of the Board.
