Section 10(3) in Gujarat Elementary Education Rules, 2010
(3)The District Education Officer or District Elementary Education Officer shall, on the basis of the decision of the Director of Elementary Education, pass an order canceling the recognition granted to the school. The order of de-recognition shall be operative from the immediately succeeding academic year and shall specify the neighborhood schools to which the children of the derecognized schools shall be admitted.
