Section 85(5) in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
(5)In addition to the arbitration fee, The arbitrator may order the expenses of determining a dispute or the cost of either party, to be paid by such party or parties to the dispute as the arbitrator may think fit:Provided that the expenses or the cost so awarded shall not exceed seven and half per cent of the awarded amount.
