Section 213 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
213. Service of the summons.
- The summons issued in pursuance of the order shall be in Form No. 69 and shall be served on the person to be examined not less than seven days before the date fixed for the examination. When the summons is served in person there shall be paid or tendered to the person summoned along with the summons a reasonable sum for his expenses to be fixed by the Member or Registrar of Tribunal with due regard to the scale of fees in force in the Tribunal. When the summons is served by registered or speed post, such sum shall be sent to such person by any other manner.
