COMMON ORDER
During the pendency of these contempt petitions, various orders came to be passed by this Court. In view of the same, the 4th respondent and the Teachers Recruitment Board filed separate affidavits before this Court and they undertook that the proceedings dated 26.11.2024 issuing appointment orders to sixteen persons was kept in abeyance and they further undertook that no further appointments will be made during the pendency of these writ petitions. Recording the same, an order was passed on 03.02.2025.
2. The main writ petitions have been heard finally and orders were reserved today. In view of the same, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these contempt petitions pending and accordingly, all these contempt petitions are closed.
