Section 36(1)(VI) in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016

(VI)fails to give intimation as required under section 33, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
