Section 28 in Telangana Aqua-culture Seed (Quality Control) Act, 2006
28. Exemption.
- Nothing in this Act shall apply to any Aqua-culture seed of any notified kind or variety grown by a person and sold or delivered by him in his own premises direct to another person for being used by that person for the purpose of recreation.Chapter - IX
