Section 7(3) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(3)All questions at a meeting of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting and in the case of equality of votes, the member presiding shall have a second or casting vote.
