Section 6(13)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987

(a)Furniture:- Each class room shall be provided with a black board either wooden or walled. There shall be a chair and a table for the use of the lecturer. Sufficient number of desks or chairs with side-writing planks or tables and chairs for the use of the students shall be provided.
