Section 1(2) in The University Of Allahabad Act, 2005
(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [14th July, 2005, vide notification No. S.O. 978(E), dated 11th July, 2005] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
