Section 64(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)As soon as may be, after the Zila Panchayat has been constituted or re-constituted under Section 22, it shall appoint the following committees in the manner and for performance of duties hereinafter provided :(a)Karya Samiti;(b)Vitta Samiti;(c)[ Shiksha Evam Jan Swasthya Samiti; [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.](d)Krishi, Udyog Evam Nirman Samiti; and(e)Samata Samiti.]
