Section 37 in Kerala Tax on Paper Lotteries Act, 2005
37. Appearance before any Authority in proceedings.
- Any person who is entitled to appear before any Authority in connection with any proceeding under this Act, may be represented before such authority by his relative duly authorized by him in writing or any person regularly employed by him or by a legal practitioner.
