Section 13(1) in The Orissa Merged Territories (Village Offices Abolition) Rules, 1963
(1)The Sub-Divisional Officer shall publish a copy of the draft Jamabandi by posting it, in presence of not less than two persons, to some conspicuous place in the village :Provided that if the village is uninhabited, the publication shall be made in the nearest inhabited village in the aforesaid manner.
