Section 8(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)The Government shall have the right to cause inspection to be made, by such person or authority, as they may direct, of the affairs and properties of the University or any College or Polytechnic or Institution maintained or affiliated by the University and to cause an inquiry to be made in respect of any matter connected therewith.
