Section 36B(1) in Bihar Private Irrigation Works Act, 1922
(1)The person or agency who take over an irrigation work under Section 36A shall keep accounts of the actual expense incurred in the maintenance thereof and shall submit such accounts to the Collector at such intervals as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Collector.
