57. Removal of Difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in the enforcement of this Act in regard with the first constitution of the authority or in reconstitution, or else to implement any sub-section of this Act, then the State Government as expected on the occasion, for his purpose, by way of order shall act in a way that it deems fit.[Schedule] [Inserted by C.G.
