Section 33 in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
33. Committees.
- The authorities or officers of the University may constitute such committees or sub-committee with such terms of reference, in conformity with the Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations, as may be necessary for specific tasks to be performed by such committees. The constitution of such committees or sub-committee and their duties shall be such as may be determined by the authority or officer constituting the Committee or subcommittee.
