Learned counsel for respondent No.1, at the very outset, fairly states that let present writ petition be disposed of in terms of order passed today in CWP No. 3461 of 2014 (Dalbir Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others).
Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of order passed today, i.e. 12.1.2015, in CWP No. 3461 of 2014, but interim order may be allowed to operate till the matter is finally decided by the respondent authorities. He also prays for referring the order dated 13.2.2013 passed by this Court in CWP No. 12133 of 2007 (Haryana Pradesh Chamar Sangharsh Samiti Vs. State of Haryana), submitting that the said order was not brought to the notice AMIT KUMAR 2015.01.14 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Civil Writ Petition No. 7100 of 2014 (O&M) 2 of the Court at the time of passing of order dated 14.11.2014 in CWP No. 25512 of 2012 (Rajbir Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others).
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Managing Director, Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd.-respondent No.1 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today.
Respondent No.1 is directed that if the petitioners approach him within a period of two weeks from today by moving an appropriate representation, he shall consider and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in Rajbir Singh's case (supra) as well as the order dated 1.12.2014 passed by this Court in CWP No. 1852 of 2014 (Sant Lal and others Vs. State of Haryana and others). Respondent No.1 shall make an endeavour to decide the representation within a reasonable time but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representations from the petitioners.
With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
