Section 14(3) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
(3)In selection of persons for appointment to the post of Non-teaching employees, the Commission shall take steps requisitioning names of eligible candidates from each and respective District Employment Exchange along with wide publication of advertisement in the newspapers having circulation throughout the State of West Bengal.
