Section 19 in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
19. Prohibition of water contamination.
(1)No ground water resources shall be contaminated in any manner by anybody including industrial, local bodies and aquaculture waste disposal.(2)Direct disposal of waste water into the aquifers, is prohibited.
