Section 113(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)The Managing Director may, on his own motion, or on report or complaints received, by order, prohibit the execution or further execution of a resolution passed or order made by the Market Committee or its Chairperson or any of its officers or servants, if he is of the opinion that such resolution or order is prejudicial to public interest, or is likely to hinder efficient running of the business in any market yards or sub-market yards or is against the provisions of this Act or Rules or Bye-laws made thereunder.
