On the remittance of Rs. 20,00,000 (Rupees twenty lakhs only) towards the security deposit by the applicant Trust/Society, and on receipt of the intimation from the applicant Trust/Society that all the staff members appointed are in a position to start the teaching course, the University shall grant provisional affiliation for the first Year B.D.S. Degree course of study for 40 (Forty) students only after collecting a sum of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees twenty thousand only) towards the fee for the provisional affiliation grated herein by giving three months notice stating the reasons therefor to the management of the proposed college. The interest accrued on the fixed deposit shall be spent on the maintenance of the proposed Dental College.
