27. First Regulations of the Board.
(1)The first Regulations shall be made by the Government and they shall be deemed to have been made by the Board and continue in force until altered or modified by the Board.(2)The Regulations made under sub-section (1) shall not take effect until they have been published in the Official Gazette.
