Section 22(ii) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020
(ii)If it is an imitation or substitution to resemble in such a manner as is likely to deceive, another already approved/ licensed Animal feed or mineral mixture under the name by which it is sold or offered or exposed for sale and is not labeled plainly or such label is not affixed conspicuously so as to indicate its true character;
