Section 3(1) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Holdings (Census) Act, 1957.
(1)Every landholder of a holding the total extent of which exceeds twenty acres of land on the date of commencement of this Act, shall within ninety days thereafter, furnish a declaration of his holding as on that date, to the Tahsildar within whose jurisdiction his holding or any part thereof is situated.
