Section 10 in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
10. Senior Town Planner.
- As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a Senior Town Planner for the Union territory called "Senior Town Planner" for the purpose of carrying out the functions assigned to him under this Act or rules made thereunder.
