Section 99(3) in The Rajasthan Law And Judicial Department Manual, 1952
(3)The fee payable to counsel for defence in the High Court under Rule 98 shall be Rs. 32/- per day. In addition 1 days fee or more if the Chief Justice so directs shall be paid to the counsel for preparation of the case.
