This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to ban illegal Kattapanchayath running by local panchayathar in and around Karaikal District, Pondicherry.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner in the earlier two hearings, hence this matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal".
But today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above fact, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
