G.S.R. No. 261(E) dated 15th April, 2004 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002, and in supersession of the National Biodiversity Authority (Salary, Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Other Members) Rules, 2003 except as respect to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
