Md. Yusuf Ali, learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the issues and points involved in this writ petition are identical and same with the bunch of writ petitions appearing in the list of Bharadwaj, J. The learned Advocate submits that there is an extreme urgency in the matter since the concerned interview for appointment of Primary School Teachers are scheduled for tomorrow i.e. January 6, 2021. He further submits that serial no.72 in today's Appellate Side list of Bharadwaj, J., inter alia, involves the same points and issues and the same is being heard by His Lordship and the hearing is continuing.
In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner submits that this writ petition may be released from this list so that the same can be mentioned before Bharadwaj, J. and can be tagged with the identical writ petitions which are being heard by His Lordship.
Accordingly, this writ petition is directed to go out of this list and the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner will take necessary steps in the matter.
