516. Samples of materials to be sent to Chemical Examiner.
- Samples of materials used in the distillery for the manufacture of spirit manufacture therefrom shall be sent to the Chemical Examiner for analysis before use or issue from the distillery as the case may be. The samples of any preparations manufactured should however be paid for at the current rate but the cost of dispatch of the samples and also the prescribed fee for examination shall be paid by the distiller.
