Section 28(4) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959
(4)The minimum height of the building shall be not less than [3.7 metres] [One Substituted by G.O. Ms. No. 2956, Labour, dated 28th May 1963.] and all the walls and roof shall be of suitable heat-resisting materials and shall be waterproof. There shall be provision for adequate ventilation. The doors and windows shall be of fly-proof construction.
