Section 15(1) in Punjab Major Accident Hazard Control Rules, 1993
(1)The occupier shall take appropriate steps to inform persons out-side the site who are likely to be in an area which may be affected by a major accident about, -(a)the nature of the major hazards; and(b)the safety measures and the 'Do's and Don'ts' which should be adopted in the event of a major accident.
