(2)The Ambulance Room or dispensary shall be separate from the rest of the factory and shall be used only for the purpose of first-aid treatment and rest. It shall have a floor area of at least 24-sq. metres and smooth, hard and impervious walls and floors and shall be adequately ventilated and lighted by both natural and artificial means.
