7. Delegation of powers of the cadre controlling authority.
(1)The cadre controlling authority may delegate some of the powers of the cadre controlling authority to the Commissioner & Secretary/ Secretary of a Department or the Head of the Department by notification in official gazette.(2)The members of the Service of any grade shall remain under the operational control of the Departments/Offices in which they are posted.
